Are certain flowers available year-round?
Flower varieties change with the seasons, and availability can vary based on weather and supply. While we do our best to honor specific requests, some blooms may be substituted with comparable flowers of equal or greater value.

Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely! We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Providence Forge, VA.
If you’re outside our local delivery area, no worries we’ll happily bring your flowers to you for a minimum $15 delivery fee, depending on distance.
We deliver with care, ensuring your bouquet arrives looking just as beautiful as when it left our hands.

What is your refund policy for floral orders?
Because each arrangement is custom and made-to-order, all flower sales are final.
We use only fresh, premium-quality blooms, but once they’re delivered, flower care becomes the customer’s responsibility. Fork & Floral is not responsible for arrangements that are not properly watered or maintained after delivery or pickup.

How do invoices and payments work?
For all custom floral orders, an invoice will be sent directly to you once your request is confirmed. Please note that custom floral invoices are only valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the invoice will be automatically canceled, and the order will need to be re-submitted for approval and scheduling.
For catering and event planning services, all invoices are event-specific and reflect the details outlined in your proposal. If a payment plan is agreed upon, all payments must be made according to the scheduled due dates.
Invoices not paid within 48 hours of their due date are subject to a late fee and may impact service timelines or event fulfillment.
